Good

Good Budget Option for the...

Liked: Spacious room. Rocking chairs on front porch are a nice touch. Closet, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small desk and small sofa. Price was good compared to other properties.
Disliked: Room is dated. Desk was small. Fridge was noisy. We stayed in the 300 block which faced the road and had a lawn in front. Parking was behind and we had some heavy luggage to move. The other rooms entrance doors face the parking lot and would be a better choice for accessibility. We spilled some water on the floor and when we wiped it up with the white towel, the towel was dirty. Bathroom had some hair on the floor. Seemed clean otherwise though. Barking dog in adjacent room was annoying, but nice for pet owners to be able to stay with their pet (lawn would have been handy for that too).

Liked: The room was really clean and the linens were white and crisp. Good towels and central/easy walking distance to everything.

Disliked: Bathroom Heater did not work as expected. Kept going on. Rooms were very small for the price.
