Amazing Aussi Hospitality! I felt...

Liked: Jeannie the hostess is an amazing person. I had originally booked online but needed to extend my stay. I called Jeannie greeted me warmly and told me to come on over! I'm from the US and my adapter didn't work. She lent me one and an iPhone charger I needed the lightning port instead of the USB I had! She also offered an umbrella on one rainy day. What a genuinely sweet woman! When I asked for advice about restaurants and nearby attractions, without hesitation she jotted names and numbers down and gave amazing verbal directions as well. After the first two nights I checked out to fly to Sydney for five days. Again without hesitation she allowed me to store my large suitcase in the luggage room. When I returned late in the evening for the remaining days of my stay at the Box Hill Motel I figured I would need to wait till the next morning to retrieve the case, but low and behold, there it was in my new room along with the borrowed electrical adapter! <3I was sad to leave. An unwelcoming hostess can put a damper on a vacation. How fortunate I was to land here and would recommend this lovely place to anyone.
Disliked: Nothing:) I have no complaints. This was not a brand new facility, but that's not always what matters. Excellent experience.

Liked: It was so quiet and I could park my car in front of the room

Liked: Cheery, helpful staff. Handy location with bus stop outside. Nice walks along the river. Near the golf club. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities.
Disliked: Wifi signal strength in the room was excellent but barely achieved ADSL speed.

Hope to be back...

Liked: Our 2nd time and we loved it even more than the first time. Room is very well appointed and suits our requirements to a T. Nicely equipped good-sized pantry. Really comfortable and close enough to where we want to be..we love dining at Gold Leaf Chinese restaurant and getting supplies from nearby Aldi.
Disliked: We didnt like that previous visit there wasn't the option to display a do-not-disturb sign bcoz there wasnt such a sign avaliable. And the door could simply be unlocked and opened by housekeeping. This time there was sign and that seems to have beem sorted out

Really good and cosy stay...

Liked: The staff preseng were really helpful and so accomodating. Made us feel so welcome. Really enjoyed the two night stay and it was well worth the money we spent
