Fantastic little place to stay,...

Liked: Loved this place, amazing little vibe to it. Shane is a fantastic host, shared his knowledge and attention but also knew when to leave us alone. Amazing host! Comfy bed and thoughtful touches throughout the space.

Liked: Interesting spot, nice hosts, beautiful garden. It is quiet despite being located on the highway, as the rooms face the backyard.
Disliked: The room is full of stuff, leaving very little space for suitcases, or to sit / move aroundBrekkie is a nice touch, but the options are not healthy ones.

A quirky home with a...

Liked: Our host Shane was very welcoming and personable. He greeted us on arrival and showed us how everything worked, where the tea and coffee was located. A delicious afternoon tea was ready for us when we arrived - home baked muffins.
Disliked: Nil

Great little find, lovely couple....

Liked: The room was not huge but had everything we needed as well as a nice bottle of port for a nightcap. Very comfortable bed, verandah for a cuppa looking over the lovely cottage garden where feeding the birds was easy. The kitchen was always open for a cup of whatever with a biscuit or a piece of slice. Breakfast was served, fruit & yoghurt with a lovely almond croissant. A variety of Cereal & breads were also available. Plus fresh brood coffee. I loved the fact that there was only 2 units that can be rented out, as it was quiet in the house at night.
Disliked: The premises are at the back of a house on the main road through Mittagong. Was just a little noisey from cars but stopped early enough not to notice when going to bed.

Exceptional

An eclectic mixture of decor...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cut fruit salad and delicious pastries. All requirements of a Continental breakfast were available. Our hosts were attentive and very eager to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the townships of the Southern Highlands was a plus. How nice is it to stay where you are made to feel so welcome and all your needs are met.
Disliked: Nothing. It met all our requirements. The extensive artworks might not be everyone's "cup of tea" but they lended themselves to the atmosphere of the accommodation.
