Very good value for money....

Liked: Very beautiful surroundings

Probably fine if you were...

Liked: The staff were really friendly
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit limited, and hot drinks were in a machine. It is really a hotel that caters to golfers; you might think again if you are not into golf. It seems to imply there was a pool on site, but the only pool is a ten-minute walk away at another resort that charges for its use.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast included. Nice view over the golf course. Good location to access the west coast.

Monday to Friday stay.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable with a massive comfortable bed. The bathroom was large with a bath and rainfall shower over. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and polite. The grounds and views across the golf course were spectacular. We never played golf, but I did explore the course with an early morning run around the perimeter.
Disliked: The only thing really is that the hotel could do with a bit of an update. The carpets on the staircase were worn a bit too much.

Liked: Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. The views over the golf course were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No negatives really, only thing is it's quite remote so if golf isn't your thing, it's a fair distance to anything else. However with a car, some beautiful coast line to explore.

Liked: Staff were very good so no complaint there.
Disliked: The whole hotel needs investment.warning signs on upper storey railings. Why not just sort them out? Someone is going to suffer huge injuries falling over those railings. Our room was nothing short of a sauna. It wasn’t even that hot outside just a pleasant summers day. Some rooms need air conditioning pretty desperately. Apparently putting a fan in the room makes it okay though. Shower in our room was only useable if you were under 5ft 9 inches. As for a lift the building has plenty of room to put one in but again this would involve spending some money.

Nice quiet location but rather...

Liked: The bed was huge and comfortable and the hotel’s location was very quiet and peaceful so we had a great nights sleep.The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was pretty clean.
Disliked: The decor throughout the hotel is rather shabby and dated. The restaurant was more like a canteen, with very little atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was reasonable but sadly our evening meal was reminiscent of a school dinner. Really needs upgrading.

Good value for money, lovely...

Liked: Modern rooms, very clean, provided with ironing board and iron, which was very useful to get ready for wedding. Lovely breakfast, very nice staff

Exceptional

Liked: Super clean toilet, lovely room, and very comfy bed. Great first time!
Disliked: Very minor stuff
