Great value for money considering...

Liked: Friendly ,clean, great food, spa,pool ,parking ..great bed
Disliked: No electrical outlets next to the bed (in my room at least) and WiFi could have been a little more extensive

Liked: Stylish comfy spacious bedroom, with stunning bathroom. Perfect for a family of four. Loved the homemade cookies!
Disliked: No dogs allowed makes it difficult for us to stay as often as we would like to.

Just brilliant!!! The bar staff...

Liked: Unfortunately didn't get to use the spa- some of the boys forgot there trunks! Breakfast was good but dinner was beautiful!!!
Disliked: Keys didn't work well on the rooms

Liked: Beautiful property and lovely grounds. Room was spacious and good amenities, but the fridge was really loud.
Disliked: Pool/spa area wasn’t brilliant. Very busy whilst we were there, which was surprising due to having to book slots. Changing rooms could do with some renovation and more regularly cleaning.

Liked: Breakfast was really good - buffet items and hot breakfast meant that there was so much choice. Staff were wonderful - so helpful and friendly. Treatments were of a high standard.
Disliked: Liked everything.

Liked: Beautiful hotel with great facilities. The spa was lovely and relaxing and the grounds beautiful
Disliked: The service in the bar was very poor and incredibly slow. We waited over 15 minutes to get a drink in a very quiet bar, I know they were serving tables in the restaurant but it was late in the day and the restaurant was nearly empty. The worst bit was were weren’t acknowledged, if we had been greated and told they would be with us as soon they could it would be fine but nothing. I only eventually got served when I grabbed a waiter and he served us while the bar man seemed to walk around in circles. It did improve when another bar man came on and he was very efficient and organised and spoke to people. We had a similar wait at dinner, we were seated and after 20 minutes I had to grab a waitress and ask if we could order drinks and food, I think we were forgotten as people coming in later than us were being served. It didn’t ruin a lovely stay but it’s just something you would expect to be a lot better. If the service had been better it would have been a 10 star review from us.
