Liked: Everything was brilliant was a nice relaxing break with my friend ,staff are very polite and friendly and will definitely come back and would certainly recommend it to others .

Lovely hotel amazing spa!

Liked: Loved the facilities and that hotel guests could use without restriction that was fab. Spa was amazing and loved the hydropool
Disliked: Nothing really. Only thing was the snacks in the room were a little pricey & pretty hard to resist! It was a nice touch though given there is nothing in walking distance of the hotel.

Fantastic wedding venue - rooms...

Liked: The spa facilities included were great, the pool is lovely. The room is well equipped and so spacious. Food was incredible. Breakfast was a winner!
Disliked: The receptionist seemed irritated at having to check in a large group of people (we were attending a wedding). There was coffee in the cups from the previous guests. The shower was covered in lime-scale. When we mentioned this at checkout we were told "the lime-scale cleaning company will be due out soon if it's built up". Not exactly the response you expect from a hotel branded as a luxury stay away.

Liked: The staff were amazing, they upgraded us for our engagement which was excellent and very nice of them, they went out their way to help with decorations for the room and make our day special. Best hotel we've been to.

Nice place but too busy...

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Too noisy. No tables left for dinner had to go for dinner outside hotel. Didn’t sleep as we were next to bridal suite with loads of people in and out. Spa too busy couldn’t get using the facilities as was too busy in pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Also service at breakfast wasn’t great, waited half an hour for eggs. Ordered toast and was handed cold dry toast on a plate and had to wait for butter
