Liked: AVOID.Bedbugs, homeless people, all dirty, staff will not help, no refund, NO toilet paper. Its the worst thing in your life in NY for a price of an hotel.

Nasty with Rats

Liked: The hotel had big rats. I was going to use the bathroom and saw rats. I went to front desk and asked for my money back. I got in writing that the hotel would return my money in full within 2 hours. It’s been 3 weeks. This booking site and the hotel refuse to return my money even though the hotel gave me in writing paperwork to return my funds. The hotel and this site will be held accountable for putting the publics health in danger by advertising a hotel infested with rats. Booking.com is just as responsible for endangering the public by advertising a hotel filled with Rats. If you have reservations cancel them for your own safety.

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: It felt like I was staying in a prison cell, rooms are tiny and dirty, the open ceiling where you can hear everyone only increases the feeling of being in jail and the showers most didn’t have a door or a curtain and the bathrooms were always wet, the fact they don’t provide toilet paper was also weird. If you just need somewhere to sleep it might be worth it but if you want any type of privacy avoid this place!

Liked: The only great thing was the location and the fact that it was close to the subway station
Disliked: This is not a hotel but a shelter for homeless people. The rooms are extremely small, you can hear everything while sleeping, the bathrooms were extremely dirty and, lastly, there were insects on my bed. I cannot believe that the local authorities allow such a hotel to operate.
