Okay With Shared Sounds? Great...

Liked: I enjoy the location as it is right near the Grand subway station. The awkward farting, burping, talking to oneself, jacking, and any other weird sounds, you need to just be okay with if you stay here. I felt very safe and appreciated the kindness of the front desk person every time I was buzzed into the building.
Disliked: The bathrooms were always taken. I wish we could use another floor's bathrooms.

Good Value If You Can...

Liked: I loved the value. I didn't mind the guys walking around at night or the occasional smoke smell, the frequent doors opening and closing or the fact that most guys do jack it and you hear every sound that your neighbor makes. It happens. It is a relatively safe neighborhood with a friendly front desk agent at all times. I have never had any issues with this hotel and I have stayed here 10+ times.
Disliked: The tiny rooms were a bit cramped and there was no complete darkness.

0/10 would never recommend

Liked: Nothing. Not one thing.
Disliked: -General state of dirtiness on all walls, floors, etc. throughout building-Lobby a mess-Black mold in ALL bathrooms/showers.-Toilet paper is kept at front desk, must ask for roll and bring back after use.-Rooms were open ceiling (not mentioned on website) and the “roof” to room was chicken wire.-Blanket was tattered and crunchy.-Fire Escape window broken “Do Not Open”-Fire Extinguishers all 2 years out of date

by far the worst on...

Liked: There's absolutely nothing, I'm not in prison, cockroaches everywhere, the rooms are open at the ceiling, the rooms are smaller than some dog kennels, so you have no privacy, drug addicts in the corridors with their heroin syringes, how can you tolerate that, direct drug use in the rooms. The bathrooms are full of mold, it smells of urine in the corridor.....usw.Mr. Owner, honestly you wouldn't even sleep in your own hotel?
Disliked: Are you serious? In Germany, the health authorities would close your hotel and put the owner in jail.
