Superb

Liked: Room was small but large enough for one person. Beautifully decorated and spotless. Towels were great quality and fluffy and the toiletries provided were gorgeous.
Disliked: It didn't bother me but quite steep narrow stairs as is the way in this type of building, may be something to consider

Disliked: Room was not like on the pictures, staff charged an unexpected cost of 30£ as «security deposit» and then asked us to donate this amount as «service charge», had to check-in/check-out in a different building (not at the hotel itself), no housekeeping (unless you request by mail, no window blinds

Liked: Room was nice, not so spacious but has all necessary for my stay and really comfy bed. Plus location is huge plus with affordable price. Win-win

Liked: We stayed in the Georgian House which was a beautiful historic building in a fabulous location near to the rail and coach stations. Nice large bathroom.
Disliked: We were at the top which was warm. Lots of steps which would be difficult with those with any mobility limitations.
