Great location, great value!

Liked: Great location, clean and cosy room with everything you may need for a short break. Lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to Victoria station where you can basically go anywhere from. Also a short walk from Big Ben/Westminster Abbey as well as a lovely Belgravia shopping district nearby. Excellent value for money.

Very good

Liked: The interior design is great, the place is clean and the transportation is convenient. It takes 11 minutes to walk to the subway station.
Disliked: It's not very convenient for me to go to another place to get the key.

Liked: There was everything we needed.
Disliked: The stairs, when we stay again I would request a lower level room. Having to collect key from other hotel was inconvenient and also extra tea/coffee & milk wasn’t accessible if no staff at reception.

Very good

Liked: The feel of the room and the nearness to Victoria station.Staff were helpful with luggage as room was in another building.
Disliked: There is a bath in the middle of the room which isn't great for privacy-fortunately I was on my own!

Fabulous stay

Liked: The location was perfect, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the décor was stunning, the roll top bath was gorgeous. The staff at The Georgian House (sister hotel) are very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: Because the room is on the ground floor right on the street, I wasn't able to open the window much. Which was a problem for me as I always sleep with a window open. I was not so worried about the fact that there is no air conditioning as I don't like it. For reference, the reason they don't have air con is that it is a listed building and not permitted to have it.

Nice hotel in Westminster!

Liked: Very good hotel, quite comfortable room and very clean too. Good value for the money. I have to highlight the breakfast, a la carte menu, delicious food, staff in the restaurant very friendly, especially a person serving a breakfast for us, Ms. Shafrron, highly appreciated.

Disliked: No air con but a fan was provided. Reception is in another building.

It was lovely

Liked: I loved it! Perfect location! My room was styled like something out of Jane Austen novel – I truly felt transported to that era. It was beautiful decorated and also clean. The hotel member stuff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and rest was thoughtfully provided.
