Don't waste your money

Liked: Good location and had free parking, bed comfy enough
Disliked: Very overpriced, dated rooms with loose wall sockets, dont be a minute late for check out because they will come knocking and once you tell that member of staff you are leaving now but seconds later they start calling the room phone, seems excessive for only 5 minutes considering the cost of a room and having waited 20 minutes the previous day to check in. Stay somewhere else for the money, nothing about this hotel warrants the price they charge. They also messed up my payment and took it from the wrong card.

Liked: Great Location . Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and room facilities. Lovely outlook over the river , able to walk everywhere in Banff
Disliked: A bit pricey but that’s to expect with a hotel so close to everything
