Great location

Liked: Location was fantastic!!!! Access to the pool/hot tub area in partner hotel was also amazing!
Disliked: Rooms were very small and very out dated. Our room smelled of urine from I’m assuming someone’s pet staying there previously.

Disliked: Breakfast was tasty but a little pricy The room was not exactly as comfortable and clean as you would expect for the price (but maybe Banff is a costly place...)

Disliked: The rooms were small, no ac., Outdated, beds were awful, overpriced. Rating said it was an 8, that is very misleading as I would rate this a 3

Liked: Convenient location, free parking and excellent staff.
Disliked: Hotel is definitely in need of some updates. Carpets are worn and shabby looking and major problems with tv connection

Liked: Very good stay, comfortable room, could do with a bit of updating. Exceptionally helpful staff and very good location with easy access to everything.
Disliked: Decor could do with updating a little, but good value for money.
