Banff lil gem

Liked: We liked everything about this hotel, friendly staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the room. Coffee and tea are always available for the guest. The microwave is very handy for reheating drinks and food. There is always a parking spot available. Easy access to gas station and Banff Ave. 5 mins walk to IGA. It is very convenient, homey, and the price is so affordable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for taking care of us.

We spend almost $350 for...

Liked: Near to Banff Downtown
Disliked: No exhaust in the bathroom, when you dump shit, takes time to remove the smell. main light in the room not working, saying that their hotel is with pool amenities (that is why we booked it), which is the pool is in the other hotel (sister hotel) and need to walk across the road and walk 3-5 mins in the underground parking to reach the pool. The front desk person doesn’t know how to properly instruct when asking for direction.

Great value for money with...

Liked: Great location right beside river. Views are fantastic from the riverside rooms. Great that you can use the adjacent hotels facilities like the hot spa, pool & sauna for free.
