Liked: Clean
Disliked: Room looked different online. Hotel is very dated, difficulty in checking in. Room did not appear to have the space as advertised. Medium grade hotel for premium price.

Amazing stay in Banff.

Liked: Amazing property with phenomenal river views. staff were so kind and helpful. Overall best play I’ve stayed in Banff on a budget :)Facilities were really nice and location was great.

Liked: It needs to be updated a little, but had the river view and loved it
Disliked: The shower was not good at all, when u turned it cold it went hot and when u turned it hot it went scorching.
