Disliked: Rough walk on cobblestone from train with luggage. Recommend they include information to go across the park from train. Smooth dirt paths with just a few stairs over the bridge.

Liked: The Boutiquehotel 't Fraeyhuis is an outstanding property. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We dropped off our luggage before check-in and were pleasantly surprised that the luggage was placed in our room. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was relatively large with a very comfortable bed. The room price included champagne in the bar. Although the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Bruges, it is a pleasant walk as there are many things to see in Bruges. We would definitely book another stay at the Boutiquehotel 't Fraeyhuis.

We enjoyed the special care...

Liked: The location was excellent although a bit too far to walk with rolling luggage from the train station because of the bumpy pedestrian walks. Once we were established in the room we enjoyed the proximity to all our desired walks, restaurants, local groceries, and tours.
Disliked: We thought the room was a bit cramped with suitcases and lack of easily accessible shelving. Otherwise the bathroom, bed and shower were very good.

Liked: I loved my stay so much!! The room and the hotel itself were beautiful, a very calming experience somehow. Staff was really helpful when I needed to print some documents.
