Amazing location and incredible hosts!

Liked: Location and owners were amazing. The service was impeccable. We had a small issue with our room and it was addressed immediately.
Disliked: I wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel has both strengths...

Liked: Great hotel location, exceptionally friendly service. They resolved issues related to our arrival time and genuinely tried to understand and help. There are no problems with the staff here.
Disliked: The hotel lacks a proper ventilation system. Upon entering, there was a strong smell of old furniture and carpets. The room colors felt gloomy. The beds were very uncomfortable – hard, with no headboard, so the pillow kept sliding around.

Liked: Very close to train station. And high level of service
Disliked: No ac in the room. And confusing to check out when there is no reception. Left the key in the mailbox but unsure if that’s right. A bit stressful.
