Very good

Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: Bed too soft. Pillows too soft. When are you to learn that this soft idea of bedding and pillows is now over. For this reason on my next visit to Zurich in a few days time I'm booking elsewhere.

A prime location and accommodation...

Liked: Spacious comfortable room and very quiet/dark at night. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Great location and a nice courtyard.
Disliked: Breakfast starting 30 minutes early (so 6:30 am instead of 7 am). There were 10–12 guests waiting outside the locked door at 6:55 am.

Exceptional value for the excellent...

Liked: The location was excellent and the lobby/family room area was a bonus as it gave us a place to play cards and just relax during some down time. Lastly, the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and very attentive.
Disliked: The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in Zurich

Liked: The staff were very very helpful when we arrived at 8am in the morning. It had a great outdoor patio for breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of fresh selections. It was extremely close to all Zurich has to offer. It is located in a fabulous square with great atmosphere. Lots of restaurants arounds, especially happy about Swiss Chuchi, a fondue restaurant right next door. It looked like it was one of the most popular restaurants because there was always a line because it's soo good.

In the heart of Zurich!

Liked: Location couldn’t have been more perfect! Breakfast was amazing! Bathroom was absolutely lovely, bidet included! Comfy beds, good AC! Super close to great restaurants!
Disliked: The price.
