Very enjoyable, great city, friendly...

Liked: Basement room was nice and cool as hot weather during our visit. Large bathroom. Comfortable beds, accommodated us and our teenage daughter. Friendly owner who was very helpful with local attractions, transportation options, will accommodate vegan meal for breakfast. Great location easy to walk the city from. Laundry service 5 mins away which you can pay for service to have washed and folded for you. Would recommend.

Very pleasant, comfortable, well located,...

Liked: Excellent location, easy to walk to all the main attractions, close to bus, tram & metro transport, shops & restaurants nearby, very friendly owner and staff, comfortable bed. Nice view overlooking the canal. The area is reasonably quiet.
Disliked: Our particular room and bathroom was very small but other rooms are much larger. There was no air conditioning, and it was very hot, but the owner was kind enough to give us an extra fan (in addition to the one in the room) to keep us cool at night.

Liked: The view from the room was excellent. Large window...and terrific shower. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The stairs would be difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues...and an additional chair in the room would be good.

Disliked: There is no elevator. If your room is upstairs, you might have difficulty going up and carrying your luggage.
