Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing...

Liked: Amazing everything. Had trouble driving to drop bags, front desk came to me and drove with us to hotel. Everyone was great from them that point on. Great location, great staff, clean accommodation.

Comfortable stay in central location....

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Great choice, lovely staff and nice dining area.The 10am cut off point was a bit early though given it was a Bank Holiday weekend and people are on a holiday. Surely 10.30am would have worked just as well? The balcony in my room was great. Location of hotel was very central.
Disliked: Disappointed with lack of basic provisions in room ie bathrobe, slippers. Also, the bar area was deadly quiet and there was no one on duty there. It lacked atmosphere. The person at reception had to come over if you wanted to order a drink.

Liked: Great place, the staff are so friendly, breakfast is good and the location is the best. Less the 5 minutes walk to Juliette house. And the tourists destination . So far my best hotel in Italy.Definitely i will be back soon.
