Would definitely recommend the hotel,...

Liked: Loved the single room, lovely wood floor and nice stone shower. Clean and nicely appointment. Friendly staff and with the inner courtyard no problems with the general city noise from the street. Great location by the Grand Place Comfortable bed
Disliked: Towels were thin and worn Aircon unit outside the window was noisy and I couldn’t therefore sleep with the window open as I preferred and would have been possible otherwise with no city street noise which was a shame. Used the aircon. Breakfast was a disappointment - white baguettes only bread option and standing scrambled egg (with diary in) asked for other egg option but was declined. Lactose intolerant and was only able to have fruit and some bread with ham for the breakfast price (think was €18) so was disappointed and didn’t have the breakfast the next day.

Liked: The great location which is within 10mins for everything. Small elevator but very good for family with little kids and stroller. Staff are nice and helpful.

Wonderfull

Liked: Excellent location, we loved this hotel as a new experience for us. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom is too small, and the shower isn't separated from the bedroom, which isn't convenient for family but manageable.

Liked: Staff wss very helpful. The stay was booked for my daughter and wife, they were both very pleased with accommodation and staff.
Disliked: Nothing to comment
