Amazing location, smack dab in...

Liked: The location in central Brussels is absolutely amazing. An overwhelming amount of clubs and dining options surrounded by historical charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was very hot the first night we stayed and the A/C didn’t seem to have the ability to cool the room. It’s one of those set ups where you need to leave your room card in a slot to have power in the room—so you can’t leave the air running to do its job. The heatwave broke the next night and we were comfortable just opening the windows. The location is a bit of a double edged sword: It’s great being in the center of all the excitement, but the party lasts until the sun comes up, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may have issues with drunken party noise.

Liked: The location was perfect, downtown Brussel, but the hotel was a chatastrophy, no compensation in spite the bad conditions on the room. We had to move to another hotel.
Disliked: Upon our arrival late Sunday evening, we encountered several unacceptable issues in the room that severely affected our comfort and the quality of our stay:1.Shower Malfunction: The shower door would not close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor and spill into the hallway. This created not only a significant inconvenience but also a potential safety hazard.2.Bed Issue: The bed on my wife’s side was slanted and leaning towards the wall, making it extremely uncomfortable for her to sleep. As a result, she was unable to rest properly — an issue that is especially problematic considering we were on a business trip and needed proper rest for our work commitments.

Disliked: Shared room for 3 adult friends, with open plan bath and shower was unexpected - we were all close, but not that close.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Location was in the heart of the action. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The front facing rooms can be noisy from outside revellers. Noisy til small hours even in mid week days. There are courtyard rooms available which are said to be very quiet.

Disliked: Could have used a water faucet for the toilet. Very important hygiene factor for a lot of travellers.
