We would like to return...

Liked: Very quiet and pitoresque hotel with a delicious breakfast. The location is very central to explore the beautiful city of Bologna and the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: As the car park near the hotel was closed (public works), we used an unguarded car park and unfortunately our car and that of our friends was broken into.

Liked: Hotel was good but lacked a few things in bedrooms. No coffee or tea facilities. No shelf space in bathroom . Nowhere to hold in shower. Shower on small side. Breakfast adequate but not excellent.Hooks loose in bathroom. Double room better than twin room.

Liked: Clean. Very good maid service. Good location
Disliked: Breakfast was disorganised. The staff were lovely, however they were let down by one of the waitresses at breakfast who just shrugged her shoulders and said “you just have to wait” when there were no available tables.

Lovely and basic

Liked: Varied breakfast, large room and very clean bathroom. Bedding was clean and all the staff were lovely. Foyer was very well kept and good choice of room service snacks.
Disliked: WiFi was poor, bed was very firm. No handle on the inside of the shower and bathroom had a funky smell.Room got very hot.
