Liked: The staff was so happy to help. They gave me an upgrade upon arrival and answered any questions I had. The room was lovely and in a great location, close to everything and tram stops just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: If they make some more discounts about their prices, then it will be perfect.
