Liked: Spacious and clean. Staff super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Free ice creams were a lovely touch, my daughter enjoyed them :-)

A pleasant experience

Liked: Excelent location, nice setting of the room, warm details, nice balcony, good breakfast
Disliked: No refrigerator (minibar) in the room, need to go to the reception each time you want a cold drink

It was in a great...

Liked: It was in a great location-, a quiet street, but not far from old town and transportation. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with air conditioning.

Pleasant staff, clean but noisy...

Disliked: Rooms on street are very noisy.It was very hot in Zurich yet there was no fridge in the room.
