Liked: He was a racist, liar, and bad-mannered person. He also took a lot of money from me. He took cash from me and also made my two-year-old son suffer a lot. This man is not good at all. I beg you not to choose this place.
Disliked: This hotel should be blacklisted.

Impressive high tech but very...

Liked: Great room, great bed nothing to complain about
Disliked: Call me old fashioned but in former days it was called hospitality sector and although the high tech that is used in the building is impressive, we missed the personal contact, the hospitality. A machine asks you when you arrive, when you leave, etc. you get a code on your mobile that allows you te enter,... but just imagine your mobile gets stolen or broke down... then what. everything works with your mobile, even the curtains, the light,... No one to talk to where to eat, to park, to shop,...

Disliked: One of the stuff ( old lady ) was rude and judgmental. When I arrived I asked her for the direction to the reception / suite. she said it’s not here with mocking face and made me walk around the block to find out it’s the same exact place that was so rude.

Liked: We stayed here at the end of our long trip across the Atlantic European coastline by car. We were very tired and wanted comfort for our last days, and this hotel provided exactly that. We have nothing to add; it was a great experience.
Disliked: We could not find anything bad about this hotel.
