Good Location, But Room Comfort...

Liked: Central location, Close to public transport, Modern and clean room
Disliked: No window in the room, stale, non-fresh air, cold room in winter, bathroom had only a partial hanging door open from sides, cold drafts during shower, inadequate housekeeping (used tea cups not cleaned or replaced)

Liked: Big room and bed.
Disliked: The bed was so soft that you sink.

Liked: The room did not have any windows, and in the description of the rooms in booking.com, there was not any description about this issue (when I was selecting my room).Therefore, it was a surprise for me when I read in the confirmation of the reservation that my room didn't have windows. When I asked the hotel staff to change the room, it was not possible, and I should pay extra for it.I don't feel well when I don't receive fresh air in my room, but in the hotel, they couldn't do anything because it was full and no availability for rooms with windows.If I had known this before my arrival to Eindhoven, I would have chosen another hotel with windows or air in the room.On the other side, the staff in the breakfast place were really nice and careful with the needs of the guests, like lactose intolerant ingredients and also gluten-free options.

Liked: Location was prefect. Close to restaurants and bars. My bus stop was steps from the hotel which made it easy to find. Was nice that you could cast from your device to the TV. Staff very very helpful. Many thanks to Guido and his colleagues. Can’t say enough how friendly everyone was as this was my first visit to Europe. They made you feel welcome during my stay. I will miss them.
Disliked: Wi-fi had some issues but the staff handled it.

Liked: Staff was great and polite, very understanding and helpful. Big apartment, everything that needed was there
Disliked: Apartment was on the under the shops-The sounds of delivery of goods and street cleaning in the morning were very loud. The door to the bathroom creaks very much, when opened, everyone is sure to wake up. Very cold floors throughout the apartment. Heating with air conditioning does not help.
