Disliked: Difficult to access the roof but did not ask neither

Liked: Self-checkin but a staff did ask me if I needed help so I appreciated it. Room on upper floor (think i had made the request)Looked quite secure/safe.
Disliked: Coffee Machine did not workOne curtain was missing Two bed put in one (quite standard in ZH), but I don't get that. Upper mattress and therefore, not comfortable.

Compact but very nice room

Liked: Room is pretty new and well equipped, good bathroom and shower with shampoo and conditioner containers, localization very close to the Central Station and main pedestian street
Disliked: The Hotel uses a self check in system and we had problems to check the 2nd room due to a bug in the system - fortunately, the barwoman helped us. The room is very compact with little space for 2 suitcases

Excellent Stay in a Great...

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here - friendly staff, good facilities, great coffee machine for early risers, cafe downstairs, and an excellent location for the train station and public transport. I lucked out and found a deal on the deluxe double, which had two windows for cross ventilation. But there WAS some sort of air system in the room, I happened to stay when it was cool, so I shut it off. Great bed, excellent shower and very good windows to block sound. In fact, I never heard anyone on my floor and yes, I had neighbors. Very quiet. I’d definitely stay again as I got real rest here and certainly recommend.
Disliked: I don’t get the pillows?? Very flat and uncomfortable. Most hotels have pillows with different heights rather than all the same flatness - literally on the mattress?? Also, it’s the norm around the world these days to have a mini fridge for guests. Switzerland is my 59th country, and it’s one of the only countries I’ve visited that isn’t providing one. There’s plenty of room, and Switzerland is well aware that it’s very expensive for most visitors.

Liked: Excellent location for the railway station, the roof terrace was a lovely little find.
Disliked: Our room was quite small and the tv was in an odd location.

Still recommend. Clean and comfortable...

Liked: Great location, convenient. Cozy room.
Disliked: have to wait exactly 2pm to check in. 20h flight, arrived at 8am at hotel, a little bit tough for us.
