Superb

Liked: Location is very good, a short walk to all touristic attractions, but not in the middle of the crazy touristic area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Hotel is clean and rooms look new and well kept. Keep in mind the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building (this is something quite common in Italy) and there is no elevator - big suitcases may be difficult to carry up the stairs though the reception man went down to help. The bathroom is small, again quite common in Italy.

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding, everything was clean, food was fresh with a great selection and staff were extremely attentive at breakfast.
Disliked: Some of the electrical outlets were not all available.

Liked: The room was large, cleaned daily and very secure!
Disliked: No lift but stair exercise was a blessing.

Disliked: Stairs, but that was nice that they helped us to carry our luggage. Just an improvement idea, that would be nice to have a light on the stairs. It is dark if you arrive after sunset and need your mobile phone’s flash light to climb up stairs.

Liked: The staff especially Rocco where amazing - the room very comfortable and clean and the location fantastic. Thank you for making our stay wonderful
Disliked: There is no lift and although Rocco helped carry our bags up two flights of stairs it was very hot and tricky however help was given therefore not a major issue.
