Liked: Positives: Best view, nice staff, room are good.Too improve: breakfast could be better, it was painted recently and the smell of paint was strong, and one of the rooms without curtains.

Beautiful house and location.

Liked: Beautiful house in a stunning location on top of a hill. Excellent restaurant with very good Italian food.
Disliked: A bit isolated and a narrow road up - not really a problem as we only stayed one night. Rooms quite small but well appointed.

Liked: The hotel is very pleasant and the location is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature, and disconnecting from the daily routine. The room has a unique design—very cozy and inviting. However, the overall service left much to be desired. During dinner, there was only one waitress who wasn’t very professional, and at breakfast, some of the food, like the tomatoes and cheese, wasn’t fresh. Beautiful location, poor cleanliness

Liked: The hotel has a stunning view and is in a peaceful location, just 15 minutes from Lucerne. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and the free parking is a plus. The staff was very attentive and helpful. However, the room décor was worn out, and the cleanliness was disappointing—there was a bundle of hair in the bathroom. The minibar had a menu but was completely empty. Additionally, there was no control over noise levels; other guests were extremely loud, with children running and shouting in the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Despite traveling with my 4-year-old, I had never experienced such a situation before. In such a beautiful location, I expected a much better experience for this price—definitely not worth the money.

Liked: Very nice breakfast, the location is amazing and the landscape as well. The people were also welcoming!
Disliked: The water in the whirpool could have been warmer, it was still an amazing view!

Disliked: It's a small road up to the hill. You can't easy drive down to town.So you have to stay there for dinner, but there is a great restaurant artstatte just arround the corner.We did not like the restaurant in the hotel with the loud zumba music!
