An efficient option if you...

Liked: Well located and modern
Disliked: No common area. You basically have a code that you enter and that gets you to your room there’s no real lobby per se no anything in terms of common shared space. We didn’t have running water for one day out of 2 days: couldn’t shower, couldn’t flush. The room is very small. It’s been optimized but it’s only good if you spend the day out and about

Amazing customer service

Liked: Lovely little hotel in a great location in Roma Norte, close to lots of bars, restaurants, and transport options. Cosy rooms, comfy bed, good amenities. However, the best thing about the Durango is the customer service ; from the moment we arrived, Adriana and Fernanda on the desk did absolutely everything to help make our stay perfect, with grace and charm. When one of our party got sick and had to leave Mexico, they helped us find and arrange flights, and dealt with dreadful airline customer service rapidly and efficiently, making it possible for us to get back home. Truly wonderful service from these two ladies.

Very good

Liked: Great rooms, extremely kind staff who go out of their way to help.
Disliked: The noise of restaurant on the ground floor (crowd + music) is extreme until 1 a.m. (to the degree that the first thing you find in your room next to your bed is earplugs), but not a huge problem if you are out until late anyway.

Gorgeous room in brilliant location.

Liked: Beautiful, spacious, light filled room. Interesting model: a hybrid btn hotel & airbnb. Brilliant location, amongst many restaurants, bars, cafes, convenience store, pharmacy, laundry. Adriana & Fernanda were great helpful hosts.
Disliked: The tv operation was a tad convoluted. The AC could be extremely noisy, but that did drown out our neighbours, lol, and all those honking cars! Not too noisy overnight, however.

Brilliant location with lovely rooms...

Liked: This was the perfect hotel for Mexico City - great location, felt very safe in the evenings, brilliant team who went above and beyond to help us during our stay, and lovely thoughtful rooms. Whenever we come back, we’ll be sure to stay here.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

6 nights in Condesa

Liked: Great location, very comfy bed, lovely spacious room (we were in 401) Air conditioned and sound proof Coffee machine
Disliked: Initial check in was a bit messy - we were taken to someone else’s room which was not a great start as all their things were in there (just glad they weren’t there!)Sliding door on balcony didn’t lock and wasn’t resolved in the 6 nights we stayed there so that was slightly unnerving Didn’t get any follow up about it after the first dayJust hope they have it fixed for the next Guests (we were out early all day most days so had to just trust everything would be ok and tried not to let it distract us from our trip too much) Suggestion: Could do with more coffee, milk and sugar etc each day and provide spoons etc Not a big deal but worth mentioning now
