Liked: Beautiful hotel in a lovely old building next to the canal right in the centre of Bruges. All staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms inside are wonderfully characterful and comfortable with effective air conditioning. The pool was perfect after a hot day exploring the city. Breakfast was good. When we go back to Bruges, this hotel will be top of our list.

Exceptional

Liked: The whole hotel and room style can satisfy my fantasy of European classical style as an Asian, which is very worthwhile! What's more rare is that an elder brother of the hotel waited for me to check in at 11 o'clock in the evening. Every employee was very friendly and helped me arrange the family room together and added a bed for my daughter! I decided to stay one more day because the hotel staff gave me such a good feeling!

Lovely time

Liked: Beautiful decor. Excellent location Breakfast was very good. Make sure you ask about having the eggs made the way you want. They don’t mention that when you enter the breakfast room. I read about it in a previous review and was sure to request eggs make to order.
Disliked: Water closet (toilet) was too SMALL!!! And too many doors. The shower room door and toilet area door could not be opened at the same time. Made the area very congested.
