Welcoming small hotel in a...

Liked: The location is fabulous. The rooms was comfortable with clean towels everyday and good bed linen. I slept well every night. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
Disliked: The staircase is very narrow and the lift is only available from the 1st floor however Henry helpfully took my case to the first floor for me.

Passable

Liked: Funky very old building.
Disliked: No cable for English news, all stations in French. No privacy, apartments across street could see into room and bathroom. Student bar at end of street very noisy ‘till early hours and major noisy construction at other end of street.

very pleasant

Liked: hotel was in great location. hotel a little haven fromall the hustle and bustle outside.very pleasant and helpful staff. small but very comfy room and quiet.
Disliked: i struggled with the very heavy double door on room perhaps it was meant as a noise barrier?
