Get a light switch for...

Liked: Staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful.Within walking distance of the railway station, trams, busses and shopes.
Disliked: No switch to control the bathroom light and fan, it was motioned controlled. Leaving the bathroom door opened resulted in the light and the fan coming on every time I rolled over in bed...because it detected the motion. Couldn't visit the bathroom during the night without the light coming on and waking me up more than I needed.

Fantastic Hotel

Liked: This is probably one if not the best Hotel in The Hague. Staff is friendly, location is perfect and also the building itself is gorgeous. Apart from that rooms are quiet, comfortable and with all needed and more. I stay here if it's for business or for resting.
Disliked: All though the Breakfast, restuarant and staff are great I think it can have more variety. Equally, would be nice to have some snacks in the mini bar courtesy of the hotel like small cookies or chips...those details help if you need a late snack and don't want to really go nowhere or order room service for something small.

If I choose this hotel...

Liked: Good location, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor and disappointing.

Liked: In front of the tram line, very close so didn’t appreciate just how loud it would be. The hotel also gave us a room above the front entrance where people would conjugate, so again very noisy. The hotel did relocate us but downgraded us to a smaller room without any recompense for the change in room grade or inconvenience whilst on our holiday.
Disliked: We felt duped by the hotel when they downgraded our room without any recompense. Before I agreed to the move I was assured by reception that the room was the same size. It was about 50% smaller than our suite and looked out on a brick wall.

Liked: The hotal was a very traditional style and the location was excellent.

This hotel is a must...

Liked: This was the best hotel in our tour of the Netherlands. Stayed here a few years before. Fantastic location, our junior suite was amazing with huge jacuzzi bath, large room with 3 big windows
Disliked: Nothing at all
