Disliked: Shockingly rude receptionist who refused to honour my free breakfast - included in the price - because I had accidentally mislaid my tag. Refused to try and solve the issue and ended up shouting at me. Still reeling. What a way to treat a guest.

Liked: Very central location - parking available vey close by. Staff very helpful although we were late checking in due to hold ups. Plenty of breakfast options in the attached cafe/restaurant. Well designed rooms with surprising amount of space.

Couldn’t have been any nicer

Liked: Location right on the main Marktplatz (plaza) above a café and feels like a secret hideaway. So well run - the café did a superlative breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and such a value!! Great for a family - the sofa bed in our room was separated with a (glass) door for (some) privacy. Honestly can’t recommend this place more.
Disliked: Slippery shower floor, be sure to put down a mat!

Liked: The location of this hotel could not have been better, as we were right on the main plaza. And yet the room was very quiet and comfortable at night.
Disliked: The servers in the restaurant were very unfriendly.
