Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to museums, Check Point Charlie, shopping and Hop OnHop Off bus stops.The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend

Liked: The room was great and the location was good for sightseeing in a short trip. I was given an upgrade for a room and it was beautiful. Reception desk was great, very helpful. Thel buidling itself was beautiful with a lovely inner courtyard.
Disliked: Service is in the restaurant was lacking, there were mistakes and it was very slow. No gluten free options at breakfast and the roof terrace was closed for a private function.
