Liked: Very central location. And very quiet although it’s next to Piazza Maggiore. Room & bathroom was large. The balcony was really nice to sit out & watch the sunset over the rooftops

Disliked: Do not stay here for the next period if you are on holiday. Big renovations in the building and from 08.00 constant loud drilling noises! Owner does not respond to complaints.

Disliked: I have made written request for an invoice multiple times when booking, check in and checking out but it was never answered. There is NO staff or receptionist available in the building. If you are traveling for work, be aware that you are not likely to receive an invoice either in email or print.
