Liked: A lovely spacious room with a gorgeous little balcony. Bathroom was also very spacious with a good shower. Check in was independent and explained very clearly through booking.com. Access is by lift, the air con worked well and the location could not be better for a visit to Bologna. It is easy to store luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is light and...

Liked: My wife and I stayed at Boutique Hotel Casa Faccioli for a few days at the end of April, and again at the beginning of July. It’s such a homely, well-managed space it really felt like we were returning home. It’s light and spacious, in a perfect location right next to Piazza Maggiore, you couldn’t ask for more. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we’re in Bologna, hopefully soon!

Liked: Awesome location. Safe and secure. Excellent AC. I would stay there again if back in bologna. Arranged restaurant for breakfast very nice short walk away.
Disliked: One of the 3 nights mechanical sounds kept me up most the night. But management fixed for the last night.

Perfect for a short stay...

Liked: The property is very central only 2minutes walk from the Piazza Nettuno.It is very quiet in the room despite the centrallocation. The room was very clean and has everything needed for a short stay in Bologna. The bed is a little firm for my comfort.As a solo traveller I felt very secure in Casa Faccioli. Good value for the quality and location.
