Superb hotel

Liked: Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond with regards to hospitality. The location is perfect, in the middle of green and singing birds. The room we booked has a balcony and is lovely
Disliked: Though I think it's great for dog owners, I find it a bit weird for hotels to accept pet dogs.

Beautiful hotel in the woods....

Liked: The location is beautiful - it is right in the middle of a forest, and therefore very peaceful. The hotel is small and cosy, and the hostess was very accommodating, helping us with our needs. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Some of the rooms are below ground (souterrain), which makes them rather dark. We didn’t quite expect this but it’s good to note, as it’s not quite the same as in the pictures.

Liked: You sleep in a forest and you can hear the birds in the morning. Very clean and friendly staff. Free parking and mini bar!
Disliked: The bathroom door is thin and see through, so you need to have a good level of intimacy with your partner.

Liked: For those who prefer a quiet place to relax after a busy day of meetings rather than a busy city hotel then this is a perfect spot.

Lovely location in the woods,

Liked: Great to be near good walks, particularly as we had our dog. Has a frank Lloyd Wright vibe, very cool. Lovely lounge where you can eat your takeout or picnic, or grab a coffee as well as a standard hotel room. Parking on site. Friendly hostess, more like a sort of chalet-holiday vibe. It was 1.5 hours to our Amsterdam ferry, so a good stopover. Very nice decor, stylish and cosy. Good shower too. Peaceful.
Disliked: Room not huge but fine. Beds could be comfier - quite firm and its 2 singles pushed together for the 'double'. More space needed for a few toiletries to lay out in the bathroom.
