Overall a lovely hotel with...

Liked: Enthusiastic staff, fabulous breakfast and a lovely place to stay.
Disliked: Wi fi did not work properly in our room and thus remained a problem for the duration of our stay. The room was quite small for three persons.

Exceptional

Liked: To start off, had the nicest staff. From check-in, to check-out. Whatever requests we had, they never said no, and they tried their best with and for everything to help us have a comfortable and smooth trip. I’ve never had this kind of experience in any hotel. The spa was the most relaxing and best experience, I had to go everyday. Rooms we clean and spacious. Location was centrally located to where it was close but also not too close to the center. Close enough to walk, far enough to be in a quiet area of the city. One of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed in out of the 40 countries I visited. Thank you to the staff at the hotel!
Disliked: Nothing it was great!

Disliked: quite expensive

This is certainly not value...

Liked: The location was central enabling us to walk to most sites. The receptionist was helpful and took us to our room. But struggled with opening the front door on arrival.
Disliked: As a couple we were given two single duvet covers and the explanation was “ some people like their own duvet and it is a tradition in Vienna”!We made our bed tidy to leave the room as we do every stay in a hotel and found it in the same way on our return in the afternoon.On final day when we queried about buying bus pass we were notifies that the hotel can issue complimentary tickets. Perhaps this could be made available on arrival rather than departure.We only had a few English speaking news Chanel. We fancied a nice relaxing movie after a lot of walking, and ended up watching Gladiator II in German.

Exceptional

I would stay here again...

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel. From the beautiful bedroom where everything has been well thought out, the lovely breakfast with loads of choices, the serene garden area, to the exceptional staff who make this a very special place.
Disliked: There was no down side; the only thing I would tweak is more dinner choices in the restaurant in the evening. The hotel is 10 mins from the old town so sometimes good to eat in the hotel and enjoy the bar and outside area.

Wonderful hotel with lovely outdoor...

Liked: Lovely quieter surroundings with great outdoor garden & patio areas - but only a 15-20 min walk in to heart of old town - and only a 5-10 min walk to some nice bars & restaurants. The best thing about the hotel was the AMAZING breakfast and the decor and furnishings everywhere were lovely
Disliked: The staff were friendly at breakfast but did not always remember to bring coffee when asked. The bar staff were not as courteous and did not even offer an apology when they gave us the completely wrong bill for 2 drinks
