Pleasant

Liked: It was as clean and well located. The reception and bar area was lovely. The rooms had what we needed.
Disliked: I specifically chose this hotel because it advertises on site parking, but when we go there we were told to park at a public parking garage that was about 10 minutes walk away. The staff were not super friendly. And all communication received from the hotel was in german.

Disliked: The staff was a little cold at the beginning but that might just be the “German way” :)

A comfortable, professionally run base...

Liked: The hotel was comfortable and the sights of Munich were easily accessible on foot. The staff were helpful and professional. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. There is a small garden where it is nice to rest in the evening. A limited but useful range of food is available from the bar in the evening. The neighbourhood is safe and there are many Middle Eastern restaurants and produce shops offering excellent food nearby.
Disliked: I have no criticisms to make.
