Liked: Lovely boutique hotel with loads of little extras. Very clean and comfortable and a lovely continental breakfast. Had a great stay with my son.

Liked: Location staff are good specially Lorraine.
Disliked: The floor above my room is student accommodation. I couldn’t sleep because of their disturbances and noises. I cannot contact anyone in hotel because receptionist is not there after10PM.

A poor hotel

Liked: Location for access to the Kelvingrove Art Museum
Disliked: Everything except for the staff who were sympathetic—cramped room, poor furnishings, uncomfortable bed all highly over-priced

good stay slightly over priced

Liked: the room was lovely with a big stand alone bath but could have been bigger then it would have been worth the money.
Disliked: children running up and down the hall screaming at 6am
