Liked: The room, itself was big,especially the bed. However there were too many rooms on one floor it's like a maze to find my room.
Disliked: The location, it's good for relaxing stay, just stay at the hotel. At night it's dark to walk back.

Liked: All the staff I spoke with were super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as it's close to the Hamburg HBF. But I wouldn't walk around the place after the nightfall. There weren't a lot of people on the street and if there were, they weren't the kind of people you'd want to run into at night... Breakfast was great, and the room was clean. One of the staff even cleaned the room upon my request in the morning which really helped with my schedule for the day.
