Liked: Our room was amazing with a fantastic view of the cathedral. It was extremely beautiful and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. The location is also perfect in the middle of the city center.
Disliked: I don't know if we were unlucky. But it was hot this day 26 degrees in April and the air conditioning didn't work, we felt hot, it was difficult to sleep. There was also no curtain on our window, so the room was bright very early in the morning. The church bells were also a bit annoying, as the window was left open.

Disliked: On arrival in the room, we found that people had urinated against the bathroom wall. It stank tremendously and the urine marks were clearly visible on the wall. Immediately checked out and the hotel indicated that refund would not be a problem. A few days later it seemd that the hotel does not do this. Also booking.com does not provide compensation. Not even after booking a new room at another hotel immediately after the report. Booking.com's complaint handling is severely below par. This is my first complaint after being a customer for 15 years and to be rebuffed like this is outrageous. I am no longer a customer here.

Great room, perfect location.

Liked: Perfect location, beautiful view from the room. Clean and spacious room for a family! Big plus is a private parking.
