Bourbon Orleans Hotel

Great hotel

Liked: Fabulous high standard hotel. Loved the look and the pool was wonderful - staff helpful
Disliked: Charged too much for parking. $55 per night was steep although a good quality service

Liked: Love hotel!
Disliked: The pillows are terrible, hard foam. The bathroom present some problems, the ADA bar beside the toilet would not stay up while assisting to sit, this would be an easy problem to fix as it is the toilet paper roller that is in the way, the floor is very slippery when wet, the seat in the shower is slippery also, very difficult not to get the floor all wet. AC blows directly to the bed. The bathroom needs shower mats. A microwave in the room would be nice, popcorn!

Liked: The bed linnen and bed were very comfortable, towels were soft, had lunch in the hotel bar and food was very good as was breakfast in the hotel restrauant, walk out of the hotel bar straight onto Burbon St

Communication and prices

Liked: I love where I could be off the street and watch everyone else walk down the street
Disliked: The hotel over charge me 742.00 afyer I got back . My card was charge so many times . Over 700 dollars came off and the staff communicated they need to verify and explain how the rates are and what is the total. Overall my first time being in new orleans I had a ball

Liked: We checked in early and were told it would be $20, but were charged $50. I need to see if that was corrected. Actually, booking.com information indicated there would be no charge.Bar staff was great!
