Fantastic hotel & lovely staff...

Liked: Lovely friendly staff on arrival, hotel & bar has great decor inside and the roof top bar was fantastic. We were very well looked after by everyone and will definitely visit again.

Liked: The hotel staff were lovely and clearly got on with each other. The decor was really very good. Location is a 10 minutes walk from Liverpool St stations.
Disliked: There was too much noise from revellers outside throughout the night.

Excellent start of blackouts sorted.

Disliked: Blackout blinds were not effective enough due to gaps between the rolls.The toggle between hand held shower and bath water needs to be repaired.

Large rooms with comfortable amenities....

Liked: The room was large, the shower was hot, the bed comfortable, wifi was strong, good television with streaming options, breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The lights were tricky to work and there was not a compendium that provided information about the property or the surrounds.When trying to get in the lift to our room on Sunday evening the male reception staff member shouted “are you a guest in the hotel”. He was trying to manage the visitors going up to the rooftop bar (we understood that) but there has to be a better way of managing that rather than raise your voice to in-house guests.
