Was just ok. Location fab!

Liked: View was stunning. Location perfect for what we needed. Cafe next door was excellent. We felt the room was tired and could probably use and update/refresh as we paid a premium price.
Disliked: Housekeeping was very hit and miss. Was completed differently every day. We stayed for five nights and not once was the room vacuumed. When management knew how long we were staying I assumed they would convey to housekeeping that a linen change was required at some time during that time - this never happened. You had to inform reception if you wanted that to happen. I found that strange. Also, our ranch slider was left un-locked on our return on Sunday - when we had ensured that it was locked when we left that morning. It's the small things that count...like wiping the marks of the doors and coffee table. And ensuring when new customers check in that there are no hairs in the hot tub.

Disliked: Accomodation was tired - toilet had paint peeling on walls - water drainage very slow - shower drain cover floated around while having shower exposing drain hole

Lovely overnight stay

Liked: We had a lovely night while staying here, so close to the water, beautiful view. The room is quite spacious and we loved the spa bath.
Disliked: The parking, it's pretty tricky to park at the property, limited parking space.
