Good

Liked: The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is great
Disliked: I have never seem a staff member even though they advertise the reception is open until 8.30pm (and I arrive at 6.00p,). There is no cutlery in the rooms so a waste of time having a microwave and toaster.

Liked: Staff we're very accommodating,friendly, bedroom really good size, couldn't ask for a more pleasant stay

Liked: Good location with car parking.
Disliked: No milk provided in room for coffee / tea. Nobody at reception to ask for some when needed.

Pleasant value for money hotel.

Liked: Ideally located for where I wanted to be in Auckland. Staff pleasant and friendly. Unit was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working and there were no remotes for the 2 bedroom TVs. Not a major though
