Exceptional
Liked: Just a lovely hotel.
Disliked: Arrived at 10.30 Saturday and parked in the hotel car park. Went on to see the receptionist an they said it was fine. Checked out at 10.30 on the Sunday an was charged 2 days parking at £25 day as I had been there before 12 on the Saturday the charged me for that day! No one told me this till I was checking out.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay...
Liked: Everything, from the decor to the thoughtful Easter card and Lindt bunny gift in the room was excellent, but what stood out the most was the customer service and friendliness of every single member of staff we saw. The owners of the hotel should be proud of them.
Disliked: There were 2 families in the bar area who were allowing their children to climb all over the (very expensive) furniture and were much more interested in drinking than paying attention to them. The bar staff were too polite to say anything to them.

Liked: Very modern and up to date. Exceptionally clean
Disliked: When arriving at the hotel the staff on the front desk were rude and not helpful at all. I was told the room was available to then be told that they had checked in the wrong guest with no apology. I then had to proceed to ask for a room key with no explanation of where the room was.

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Very poor customer care. Reception staff cold and unhelpful. Bar staff inexperienced and very unwelcoming . Lounge / bar area like an airport lounge.

As above - fantastic stay
Liked: As seasoned travellers who have stayed in five-star hotels around the world, we can confidently say that the BLVD Hotel in Blackpool has exceeded all expectations—particularly when it comes to cleanliness and attention to detail.Despite being a relatively new hotel (just six years old), the level of maintenance is absolutely outstanding. Every corner of the property is spotless. The bathrooms are immaculate – from the pristine mastic sealing to the shower screen that looks as though it was just installed yesterday. Even the public restrooms in the bar are maintained to an incredibly high standard, complete with toilet tissue to dry your hands – a small touch that shows great thought and care.The in-room amenities are impressive, stocked with luxurious Balmain products, and replenished fully – something that many so-called five-star establishments often fall short on.Staff throughout our stay were consistently attentive, polite, efficient, and very well-presented. Their professionalism added to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food – both the quality and the service were excellent.In our view, the BLVD Hotel gives most five-star hotels a serious run for their money. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

Good hotel, luxurious. Extremely clean....
Liked: Clean great location , sea view room. Room good size. modern. Good Gym equipment and quiet.
Disliked: Was on 3 rd floor don’t know what was going on in suites above but noise throughout the night walking Accross floor night to early morning. Sounded as if furniture was being moved. This happened most of my stay until last night when I complained and it was better.Can’t tell you what they were doing up there.
