We plan to make it...
Liked: The property was beautiful and the surroundings were stunning. It was easy to walk anywhere and no distance longer than 5-10 minutes. The staff was very attentive and our needs were met within minutes of asking. We stayed in a 4 bedroom hacienda and we were very pleased with the size, cleanliness and decor.
Disliked: Nothing, had a great trip!

The best place for beautiful...
Liked: Loved the casitas and the ease of leaving your car parked the whole time. Never had to wait on a golf cart to pick us up;)

Exceptional
Liked: Four stars. I’ve stay at several Four Seasons and this is as close as you’re going to get. We stayed 5 nights 6 days in a 3 bedroom casita with 7 of us and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The text ability to request items or ask questions was top notch and responsive.
Disliked: Be prepared to walk or be shuttled around the property. However, we never waited more than a few minutes for a cart or shuttle.

Scamming & skimming staff employed...
Liked: Great scenery and dramatic landscape.
Disliked: The staff were shocking. Everything was about money. Not coming from a culture where tipping is a “must”, I was shocked to be met with tuts, smirks and disapproving looks because I only tipped 10%. That wasn’t the worst of it though - things really unravelled after I left and after I checked out. The hotel tried to bill me £300 AFTER my account was closed and I was back in the UK. They claimed the extra was for the room & claimed booking.com got the price wrong for the room I was staying in. Booking.com & Amex ended up getting involved to force the return of the £300 because the room booking.com quoted is what was pre-agreed. But it doesn’t stop there. A month after leaving, I received a call from my card company saying someone had used the same card (which I only used at Boulders) to make a £500 purchase at Walmart, Scottsdale - the same area as Boulders. My card provider advised it looks like my card was skimmed a month earlier when I was staying at Boulders and as such cancelled the card & refused the transaction.
