Overall worth what we paid.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Great location near CU Boulder and walking distance to Pearl Street.
Disliked: Very noisy! Motel is on a busy street with heavy traffic noise.

Liked: Location to Macky Auditorium and CU.
Disliked: Day clerk was a guy with dreadlocks that had NO customer service skills. We got there a little early and he made us wait, even though the room we got was ready for 1/2 hour. When we checked out, there was NO "how was everything?; "come again"; no "thank you". Acted like he didn't know English when asked about Macky Auditorium. He didn't know anything about the area. Night staff was excellent and very helpful. Bad choice for this guy as your " front man".

Liked: Easy breezy. Right on the main drag so easily walkable to anything and everything. Good value.
Disliked: No negatives to share!
