Liked: our room was large with two comfortable beds and plenty of space for yoga. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. There is a large park nearby for walking.

Liked: Very quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice that it is a little out of the main Boulder area. Also has a walking trail right behind the property, and a playground for those with kids. Property is very pet friendly as well.
Disliked: As far as we could find, property does not have an elevator. Only convenience issue for us but would be a major issue for anyone with mobility limitations. Possible it was just difficult to find but wasn’t mentioned by staff and we did not mind enough to track someone down to ask.

Liked: Genuine care and kindness was evident from the owner. Very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Very good continental breakfast! There was also a shared communal kitchen for cooking your own food. Our room was just as pictured and beds are comfortable. Good shower and coin operated commercial washer and dryer. I'd stay here again.
