A Pleasant Stay during a...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. Since I was in an "extended stay," the cleaning staff did a very good job of cleaning the room. The breakfast was modest, but good. And, since it was free, there was not much to complain about.
Disliked: There was not anything about this place to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Liked: The bed was nice. That's about it.
Disliked: The service and the rest of the facilities. The lack of customer service. Disrespect. I didn't have an option to say that I was bringing dogs when I booked online. There was no where to state that or pay for it. No one was at the front desk when I arrived, there was just a sheet I had to sign and put my license plate on. Then, the next morning, an employee accosted me in the halls because I had my dogs and forced me to pay $20/night for them even though I had never met anyone to be able to pay for them. It was obnoxious, and I did not like the way they treated me, as if I was pruposefully trying to get away with having my dogs there.
