Disliked: Bed was too firm and pillows were very uncomfortable

Liked: Availability to food court and movies. Didn't have to go anywhere else!
Disliked: Every thing was great, waitress in brass fork went out of her way to give us driving directions ! Wonderful.

This is an impressive hotel...

Liked: Place is clean and housekeeping will always ask you if you need service. Internet worked. I loved the GYM and the other amenities, including the restaurants. Staff was pretty helpful.
Disliked: Unless you put the do not disturb sign out, housekeeping will knock on your door pretty early every day, which was unusual. But I just learnt to put the sign out :) There was a power outage at the end but it was nice that they refunded the last day's service fee.
