Disliked: First of all the parking , second of all the penthouse it’s like regular room being overpriced

Extremely disappointing

Liked: It’s hard to find a place in Miami that is this spacious. There is a full kitchen, there’s even an oven. The bathroom was large and spacious, there was even a large tub. Location is perfect, short 5 min walk across the street to the beach.
Disliked: I honestly had such high hopes for this stay. I got one of the nicer suites with the rooftop terrace (PH4 to be exact). We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday in Miami, but so many things went wrong. The AC was set on 70 which was the lowest we could bring it to, however it never got anywhere near it. Our first night there the temperature stayed at 79 all night. We were both sweating, couldn’t use the blankets. Definitely no cuddling. After that it ranged between 75-77 for the rest of our stay. The stairs leading up to the rooftop needs to be fixed. It was all broken, cracked, pieces of rocks were showing. I don’t know how they’re comfortable renting out these rooms when it’s kind of a hazard. Showers need to be thoroughly cleaned. Walls were coming apart. The door to washing area you cannot close. Good thing it was just us 2! The worst part is that the first night there we checked in extremely late bc the drive was far for us. It was around 3am when we got there, we didn’t sleep until around 6-7am. (Ik it sounds crazy but we unpacked, ordered food, washed up). That morning they tested the fire alarms for a whole hour. It was extremely loud & it went on for sooo long. Regardless it was a terrible time

Very enjoyable, great location, useful...

Liked: The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The appliances are premium and the windows are sound proof for a great night sleep. Housekeeping was flexible when we wanted service- that was great because I had an infant napping majority of the day. Having a washer dryer with an infant was a big deal and eating breakfast in the room everyday saved us $. The pool area was nice and the location is perfect! A two minute walk to the beach, 15 min from Lincoln Rd and a 5 minute walk to the convention centre. The restaurant offers happy hour and free drinks for a whole hour! That was a nice offering and enticed us to order food. The food was delicious! Free yoga on the beach on Friday was fun, I wished it was daily.
Disliked: I hated that coffee pods are not free and not restocked. My first hotel ever where coffee in the room is not free. Front desk didn’t have access to give coffee pods until 9am when the person with the key came in. That was annoying because I wake up at 6am. The same went for a package that arrived- they didn’t inform me they had it and then I couldn’t get it until 9am when the bellman came in (and he really had to look to find it!)Housekeeping was ok, it was a little too basic- didn’t sweep the floors or remove the garbage every day. The floors were dirty when we arrived and one sink drain was stuck closed and they never fixed it.

Liked: Loved this place especially for the price. The room it self it beautiful with the terrace that gave a private balcony it was so amazing. The check out however could be a little better because if you are not out by 10:59 they call and knock and threaten to charge late check out fees even though late check out was not offered

Liked: The hotel itself, along with the staff, was very nice and helpful. Orange Blossoms food was great.
Disliked: I didn't like that the hotel itself was hot inside (hallways etc.) The rooms AC was great, but once out of the room, it was a little uncomfortable.
